These terms govern your purchase from Beamdeal. Placing an order means you accept them. They are written in plain language; if anything is unclear, contact us via /support before you order.

The seller

Goods on Beamdeal are sold by a registered seller of record incorporated in India. Invoices, refunds, and customer-support correspondence reference the seller of record. Indian buyers who need the GST invoice or the seller's GSTIN for input-tax credit can request it via /support with the order number.

Orders and acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy at the listed price. Your payment authorises the offer; it does not form a binding contract on its own.
  • A contract forms only when we accept the order, which is the moment we dispatch the goods and send the shipment confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order before dispatch, including for: stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, failed address verification, carrier serviceability gaps, or destinations we cannot legally ship to. If we cancel after payment, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Quantity limits per SKU may apply; we will tell you at checkout if a limit rejects a line item.

Pricing, currency, and taxes

  • Prices are shown in the currency you have selected (INR, USD, or EUR). The gateway charges the amount displayed at checkout.
  • India shipments: prices are inclusive of GST. The tax invoice attached to the dispatch email is your GST credit document.
  • International shipments: prices do not include import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or any other charge that the destination country may levy on import. These are the buyer's responsibility and are payable directly to the carrier or customs authority on delivery. We cannot estimate them in advance. They vary by country, by item, and by current rates.
  • Pricing errors: if a listed price is obviously wrong (for example, a 100x mistake), we will contact you and either cancel-and-refund or honour the order at the corrected price, your choice.
  • Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and may be revoked if used in bad faith.

Payment

Prepaid payments are processed by Razorpay (INR), PayPal, or Dodo Payments, depending on currency and your selection at checkout. We never receive your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials. Failed or pending payments do not reserve stock; the order is created only after the gateway returns a successful capture webhook.

Shipping and delivery

  • Inside India: dispatched via Delhivery or a comparable carrier. Typical delivery window is 2-5 business days from dispatch; remote pin-codes can take longer. Real-time tracking link sent with the dispatch email.
  • International: dispatched via the international carrier available for your destination (carrier choice may change without notice; the selected carrier is named on the dispatch email). Transit times vary widely by country; we will share a realistic estimate at checkout where available.
  • Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. If a parcel is shown delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, contact us within 5 days so we can open a carrier investigation.
  • Incorrect address or refused delivery: the order ships at your cost; if it is returned to us we will refund the item price minus the actual outbound shipping cost.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases (defective on arrival, damaged in transit, or wrong item shipped) and the product must be unused. Full conditions and the request process are in the Refunds & Returns policy.

Acceptable use of the storefront

  • Do not scrape, mirror, or automate the storefront beyond the public sitemap and feed endpoints we publish.
  • Do not place orders in another person's name without consent.
  • Do not attempt to bypass payment, captcha, or rate-limiting controls.
  • We may suspend or block accounts and IP ranges that violate these rules.

Intellectual property

Product photos, copy, blog posts, logos, and brand marks on Beamdeal are owned by the seller or its licensors. Re-use for personal reference is fine; commercial re-use (including training generative models on our copy without a licence) is not.

Disclaimers and liability

  • Goods are sold "as described" with the photos and specifications on the product page. Real-world colour rendering varies by screen; minor variation is not a defect.
  • We do not represent that the storefront is uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and the rare unscheduled outage are normal.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the price you paid for the goods in that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the non-excludable consumer rights under the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019, EU consumer-rights directives, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act, depending on where you are.

Force majeure

We are not in breach if delivery is delayed or prevented by events beyond our reasonable control: natural disasters, transport-network outages, carrier strikes, customs holds, regulatory actions, or pandemic-related disruptions. Where such an event lasts more than 30 days, you can cancel for a full refund.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India at the seller of record's registered place of business. Buyers based in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection forums (for example, the European Online Dispute Resolution platform for EU residents) retain those statutory remedies in parallel.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when products, gateways, carriers, or applicable law change. The version in force for your order is the version published at the time you placed it; we keep older versions on request.
