Free across India. Worldwide on request. We hand the parcel to the carrier as soon as payment clears and we send you the tracking link the moment it leaves the warehouse.
Where we ship
- India: every serviceable PIN, free of charge. No minimum cart value, no hidden surcharge at checkout.
- Worldwide: via tracked international air. The shipping rate is surfaced at checkout based on weight and destination; what you see is what you pay (customs duties at the destination are separate, see below).
Delivery timelines
Within India: 2-5 business days
Metro and tier-1 city addresses typically land in 2-3 business days. Tier-2 and tier-3 towns and remote PINs run 3-5 business days. We use Delhivery surface where the lane is cost-efficient and air for time-critical destinations. The choice is made per shipment, not per customer.
Outside India: 1-4 weeks
International transit ranges from about a week (US and EU major cities, clean customs clearance) to four weeks (remote addresses, slower customs regimes, peak season). Once the parcel is handed over you get the AWB and a tracking link and you can follow the same hand-offs we see on our side.
Dispatch cadence
Orders paid before 4 PM IST are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier the same business day. Anything later ships the next morning. We do not dispatch on Sundays or national holidays. Those add one business day to every estimate above.
Tracking your order
- The dispatch email carries the AWB number and a direct carrier tracking link.
- You can also use /track with your order ID and the last four digits of the phone you ordered on, the same status that we see on our admin side.
- Carrier status snapshots refresh twice daily. We relay them as they come in; we don't buffer or batch.
When something is late
We treat the timelines above as commitments, not aspirations. If yours has overrun:
- India: wait the full five business days from dispatch before raising it (the carrier's status feed can lag by 24 hours). After that, message /support with your order ID. We open an inquiry with Delhivery the same business day and reply with what they tell us, in plain English.
- International: four weeks is our ceiling. Past that, message /support. We file a claim with the carrier and, depending on the outcome, refund the order or reship at our cost.
Things that can shift the estimate
- Festive surge: the week before Diwali and the last fortnight of December are slower across every Indian carrier.
- Weather and lockdowns: cyclones, floods, or regional restrictions on either end will park parcels in transit.
- Incomplete address: if the PIN, building number, or recipient phone looks off we will pause the order and email you. The clock resumes when you reply.
- Customs (international only): a 1-10 day variance at the destination is normal. We have no visibility into the queue at your country's customs warehouse.
Address quality
We don't run a pre-checkout address validator, so a typed PIN that does not exist will usually return-to-origin and we'll write to you. A second attempt to ship to the corrected address is on us inside India. For international, re-shipment is at buyer cost because the international leg is the bulk of the rate.
For international addresses, please write the full address in the local format with no abbreviations, and include a recipient phone number. The carrier needs it to call out for the last-mile handover.
Customs, duties, taxes (international only)
Goods leave India duty-paid on our side. Your country's import duties, GST or VAT equivalent, and any handling fee charged by the carrier are not included in our shipping rate and are levied at delivery by customs or the carrier on customs' behalf. The amount varies by destination and product category.
If a parcel is refused at customs or abandoned at the destination, the order is forfeit. We don't issue refunds on refused customs deliveries because we cannot recover the goods.
Cash on Delivery
COD is disabled. Every order on Beamdeal is prepaid (Razorpay for INR, PayPal for USD, PayPal or Dodo for EUR). Prepayment unlocks Delhivery's faster lanes and removes the 24-48 hour confirmation-call delay that COD parcels incur. If COD comes back, it will be gated on a one-tap WhatsApp confirmation to keep the cancellation rate honest.

All shipping questions, address corrections, and tracking escalations route through /support. The form is Turnstile-gated and reaches the same inbox as general support; we read every message and reply within one business day.
